Which? response to the floods minister saying that insurance firms will look at their use of costly telephone lines

Which? executive director Richard Lloyd said:

“We’re glad that the insurance companies have committed to review their use of expensive telephone numbers but I’m sure the flood victims, who are being forced to use these numbers today, want action now to ditch these costly calls.”
