Which? response to Virgin Mobile price rise
In response to Virgin Mobile’s 2.9% price increase on their ‘fixed’ phone contracts, Which? executive director, Richard Lloyd said:
“It’s unfair that Virgin Mobile’s customers are facing a price hike on their contracts which they thought were fixed. This is yet another blow for hard pressed consumers, with only a third (30%) saying they trust mobile phone companies.
“We want Ofcom to take action against these price rises and listen to the 45,000 people who have supported our campaign to make sure that fixed really does mean fixed.”
