Which? response to Waterloo disruption

Alex Hayman, Which? Managing Director of Public Markets, said:

“It’s unacceptable that people are facing yet more disruption due to the upgrade at Waterloo. The new franchise must pay out compensation to season ticket holders until the upgrade is completed, just as the former franchise committed to.”
