Which? response to YouGov survey on broadband

Natalie Hitchins, Which? Head of Home Products and Services, said:

“Broadband users should not be struggling with poor connections at a time when people need to get online either to work, home school their children or contact loved ones. Fixing any problems could also prove more difficult, as our research shows that many people have found it hard to contact their provider during lockdown.

“If you think you may be out of contract, not getting a decent connection or paying too much make sure you shop around. You might be able to switch or upgrade and even save yourself some money in the process.”
